Volunteer Fundraising Strategy

What will you be doing?

We are a young organisation and looking for support as we develop our fundraising strategy.  We would particularly like help to identify suitable funding sources, review and submit bids and develop the skills of our organisation to manage the fend to end fundraising process effectively.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for people who have:

A passion for fundraising  Experience of developing and implementing fundraising strategies Experience of successfully motivating and inspiring a range of donors/supporters Ability to work flexibly on your own and as part of a small team with enthusiasm and commitment Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to write compelling, warm and engaging copy Attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with a diverse range of individuals Great IT skills Confidence working with people from diverse backgrounds Knowledge and experience of fundraising techniques, sponsorship, donations, and marketing would be an advantage

Most importantly you will help us make a difference to our community  as we aim to build community cohesion and support well-being, tackle the climate emergency and supporting local community groups and organisations.
