What will you be doing?
Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who:
Have experience in mental health support, counselling, or a related field. Possess strong active listening and communication skills. Are empathetic, non-judgmental, and able to build trust with clients. Can work independently and manage their time effectively. Have a commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
Offer one-on-one support sessions via phone, video call, or secure messaging platforms. Provide a safe space for individuals to express their feelings and concerns.
Signpost individuals to additional resources and professional services as needed. Maintain accurate and confidential records of advice provided.
