What will you be doing?
Ideal Candidate We are looking for individuals who:
Have experience in mental health support, counselling, or a related field. Have strong safeguarding experience. Possess strong active listening and communication skills. Are empathetic, non-judgmental, and able to build trust with clients. Can work independently and manage their time effectively. Are committed to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards. Can offer one-on-one support sessions via phone, video call, or secure messaging platforms. Can create a safe space for individuals to express their feelings, thoughts, and concerns. Can signpost individuals to additional resources and or professional services when needed. Have the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records for all advice provided. Can make referrals to statutory services and voluntary agencies when required
