What will you be doing?
This is a hands-off, creative role ideal for someone who thrives when given autonomy and wants to make a real difference by amplifying voices from marginalised communities. Your Role Will Include:
Creating and planning content aligned with our mission on domestic abuse awareness, community empowerment, and cultural integration. Scheduling and managing posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Researching trends, campaigns, and awareness days relevant to our work and planning timely content around them. Monitoring engagement and performance, experimenting with ideas to grow reach organically. Engaging with our online community, responding to comments/messages in our tone of voice. Thinking strategically about how to tell our story, spotlight services, and keep content fresh without being prompted.
What are we looking for?
Can work independently without needing daily supervision or assigned tasks. Has a good eye for visual content, reels, and captions that connect emotionally. Brings ideas to the table and takes initiative to execute them. Is aligned with the values of empathy, empowerment, and inclusion.
