Age UK Bournemouth, Poole and East Dorset

Age UK Bournemouth, Poole & East Dorset is an independent local charity. We exist to promote the health and wellbeing of people in later life by providing services, identifying gaps in provision, and by influencing policy and decision makers. We offer help to local people aged 55+ by providing Day Services, Footcare Services, Help at Home, Information and Advice, Community Connections, Health and Wellbeing Services, and Dementia Services. We have a positive impact upon the over 55s and their families, friends and carers by providing support, resources, advice and referrals to other services and organisations, as well as offering our own services which help to alleviate life stresses, encourage and support people with their physical and mental health, and re-integrate isolated older people back into the local community.
