Although we have many departments, we operate as one Airbnb. We share a common goal: to create the best experience for our community around the world. Working in silos is the old way of doing business. At Airbnb, Sales works with Community, Marketing works with Engineering, and Product works with Communications. We tackle solutions head-on, together.

We learn together, too. That's why we organise Fireside Chats, which bring in industry leaders to share their experiences and wisdom. From CEOs to musicians, these leaders always have something invaluable to teach us. Past guests have included Tim Westergen and will.i.am.
