Legal departments are relying on tools of the past, such as Excel, to manage their legal spend. The working practices of legal teams within a company continue to be opaque and obstructive as a result. Why is this ok for legal departments and no others?  

Apperio’s technology gives in-house legal teams control over legal budgets so they can run their legal department like a business.
