Within the operating group, we own the biggest real estate agency in Mongolia (Mongolian Properties), our own construction company, cement factory and a Non-Banking Financial Institution. APIP presents high yield property investment for clients to invest in Mongolia.

APIP has a strong asset base, which includes one of the largest and most highly valued landbanks in the country and the only cement producing facility in Ulaanbaatar. With Non-Banking Financial Institution lending license, the firm lends funds at up to 4% per month. We are currently one of the largest and most well respected developers in Mongolia with 15 year track record of delivering quality developments to our clients.
