Auras has an incredibly powerful and important mission (to support fertility clinics to provide pioneering whole-person care for every IVF treatment cycle) which was created based off the personal struggles our founders faced when trying to conceive.
I love that we are helping to humanise what can be a very isolating and clinical experience by creating a positive and trusting environment for people who need it most.

Employee wellbeing is highly valued and consistently questioned and met. This is done via regular group and 1-1 meetings where open discussions on wellbeing are encouraged and resolutions are acted on.
I feel that I am actively listened to and that my voice is heard and valued within the team.
