Staff are given full flexibility of their own work schedules and management.
They understand we all have different personal commitments and ways of working, and this relieves pressure and allows for me to work however is best for me.

📣 Mission & Purpose
Auras has an incredibly powerful and important mission (to support fertility clinics to provide pioneering whole-person care for every IVF treatment cycle) which was created based off the personal struggles our founders faced when trying to conceive.

I love that we are helping to humanise what can be a very isolating and clinical experience by creating a positive and trusting environment for people who need it most.




⛑ Employee wellbeing
Employee wellbeing is highly valued and consistently questioned and met. This is done via regular group and 1-1 meetings where open discussions on wellbeing are encouraged and resolutions are acted on.
I feel that I am actively listened to and that my voice is heard and valued within the team.

Their mission is what drew me to them, and the company culture is what makes me want to stay. From day one I have been fully supported and encouraged, and there are so many opportunities to learn new things from a team of talented women!

🤩 Flat hierarchy
Everyone’s voice and opinion is heard and valued. Every team member so recognised and encouraged to contribute regardless of seniority. There is leadership but consensus is given due consideration.

👩‍👧‍👧 Team members
Everyone brings something unique and has a wealth of experience. Management are approachable and warm. They really care about the team and everyone gets along well. Quarterly offsites are fun and focus on building team dynamics and a shared vision.

😎 Autonomy
I can set my own work and am trusted to deliver and self manage my workload and priorities. We are empowered to bring our own projects and deliver on them, asking for help where necessary.

I highly recommend Aura Fertility as a great place to work. The company's culture is based on trust, care and transparency. There is a clear and shared strategy and there are open and transparent conversations about the company's priorities and how you can contribute to them. You quickly feel part of a team where everyone is supported and has space to provide feedback and raise any concerns or questions. We frequently review our ways of working to optimise them and adapt them to our needs. And as part of the trust environment there is flexibility to be able to balance your personal and work life. I feel very lucky to be part of this team.  As a woman our mission is inspiring and rewarding and I feel very motivated not only because of what we do but because of the way we do it.
