To promote mental health and well-being within the Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, particularly focusing on men, by providing accessible, culturally competent, and stigma-free mental health support and resources. Ayati Mind aims to reduce disparities in mental health outcomes, improve access to quality care, and foster open conversations about mental well-being within these communities. Ayati Mind's activities are designed to benefit individuals within the Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, with a particular focus on BAME men aged 18 to 55. Our services and resources aim to address their unique mental health needs, reduce disparities in mental health outcomes, and provide a supportive and stigma-free environment for seeking help and support.
