Beam is a social enterprise bringing AI to welfare services, trusted by over 100 government partners. Enabled by tech and AI, our expert caseworkers have supported thousands of underserved people into homes and jobs, while our software has slashed admin for thousands of social workers.
Beam’s work has been covered by publications including the BBC, The Times, Forbes, FT and the Independent. They have won over 40 awards, including regular features on The Escape 100.
To date, Beam's supporters have changed the lives of 1,872 people. That’s people that have been left behind, such as homeless people, refugees and prison leavers. They do this by completely disrupting the traditional model of homelessness support, by allowing someone who wants to get back on their feet to crowdsource funds from the wider community to fund training for a new career. Beam are using the crowdfunding model in a totally unique and innovative way, and it works. As Beam’s reach continues to grow, as is their team. They offer flexible, partially remote working options, as well as career and wellbeing coaching and more. Why not check out their live roles?
