We meet as a company every month to have br/lunch and talk about the business. We have team days, when we all swich off our devices and go axe throwing or country walking, and we help each other every day.
We all have our birthdays off and the time between Christmas and New Year, plus 25 days holiday and bank hols. And we benefit from not one, but two, office pooches!
