🏖 Flexibility
I find the flexible working policy really helpful. Im a mum of two and sometime it can be difficult spinning so many plates - the flexibility enables me to work around family demands. Also the choice to work from home really helps me out as it can be very costly for childcare and commuting.

I love working for a business that has achieved so much in terms of business for good and Bcorp - I am proud to say where I work and for all the good that we do.
