About us

BHB is a high-end concierge business offering idea generation, introductions and request fulfillment services to corporations and their private clients.  Often viewed as 'fixers' or 'connectors' we pick the best-in-class suppliers and international partners to provide unprecedented access and advice.

BHB Partners, founded by Harry Becher, is a boutique HNW fixer and ‘crisis management’ service based in Soho. With a client base of HNWIs wanting to get their kids into the best schools, or get a last minute box at Chelsea, BHB is now carving out a below-the-radar niche as London’s number one private fixer in London for an eclectic, colourful and demanding cast of global clients. 

Harry Becher, started out in the hospitality business, before a talent for making connections took him to LA to set up the Quintessentially franchise. Since 2006, he has been acting as a fixer for brands, corporations and their private clients. 

The rest of the team consists of Katherine Braithwaite as Head of Client Services, Susie Cain as Head of Marketing and Business Development and Bella Seel as Head of Travel. 

A fashion student, a poetry writer and a men’s clothier; Katherine started working with Harry in 2010 when she joined him as an EA from Oliver Brown where she helped run one of London’s leading gentleman’s outfitters. She now heads up the Client Services team at BHB and is the in-house tickets expert.

Susie joined the team in 2014, she loves an African adventure and has worked in marketing and business development for 9 years. Working with brands such as Mars Chocolate, England Athletics and most recently Knight Frank LLP, where she specialised in marketing to a HNW client base. Susie is passionate about foreign culture and travel, which she combines with her international charity work.

Bella is an off-piste ski specialist with a true love of all things alpine. As our in-house travel specialist, she is one of the world’s youngest female ski instructors to be fully certified in all the French, Swiss and British systems and spent over 10 years working in the Alps.
