Founded in 2012, Bio-tiful Dairy produces a range of delicious Kefir cultured milk drinks and is the inspiration of Natasha Bowes, a former figure skater originating from Moscow. Kefir is a traditional cultured milk drink renowned for its health properties (including naturally supporting digestion and immunity), more probiotic than yoghurt and naturally packed with essential vitamins, minerals and billions of gut-friendly bacteria.

Natasha recalls “When I moved to the UK, I tried to find Kefir but soon realised that it was a little known product and the ones that were available were not of the quality that I was used to, so I left my job to launch Bio-tiful Dairy, to fulfil my dream of making this superfood available to health-conscious people throughout the UK.”
