Boconnoc, bought with the Pitt Diamond in 1717 is one of the most beautiful estates in Cornwall. The main house is tucked down two miles of private driveways, surrounded by park and woodland with a lake and deer park in the distance and all you hear is the sound of birdsong and the river flowing in the valley.

The main house has been restored over the past 12 years by the current owners and is now a beautiful family home and thriving wedding and event business. The house was awarded the Sothebys/Historic Houses Association Restoration Award and the Georgian Group Award for the Restoration of a Country Mansion in 2012.

Boconnoc has a range of events from weddings to Steam Fairs and car rallies, it is a popular film location and has recently been featured in a variety of media including The Times, the Independent, Discover Britain and You and Your Wedding Magazine.

To be able to walk down to the lake in the evening after work fills you with peace and relaxation as all you can hear on the estate is birdsong and the river flowing through the valley. It is as though you are somewhere completely timeless and a retreat from busy city life.

Because we encourage clients to use their imagination to create the most original event or unique wedding possible. There are endless corners on the estate which can be used to create the magic - the only limit is your imagination.

We have a number of journalists visiting throughout the year and the name of Boconnoc is growing now that PR and marketing has been worked on over the last two years. We feel we are in the early stages of working with a very exciting brand.
