The whole By Sarah London team are incredibly friendly, welcoming and understanding. You are made to feel part of the team from day 1. Everyone is incredibly approachable as well so there is always someone to help if you need it.

The team genuinely care about each other which is a lovely atmosphere to be part of. I also enjoy the remote working with regular in person meetings is great for my wellbeing.

By Sarah London's mission is to help people struggling with stressed and sensitive skin and the whole team go above and beyond to support every customer in this mission. It is motivational to work for a brand where the products really fulfil the mission, the By Sarah London skincare is natural, soothing and restorative and it is truly wonderful to read messages of thanks from customers who have tried By Sarah London skincare and whose skin is all the better for it. It is very humbling to see the impact of restored skin on those who have suffered with sensitive skin for so long and how this change has impacted their lives.

By Sarah London is very much founded on the basis of sisterly support and this really does transcend into every level of the business; from the ways we speak to, and go above and beyond for our customers to our own internal comms. Everything at By Sarah London is done with care and thoughtfulness.
It is inspirational to work with sisters and co-founders, Sarah and Lauren. How they turned a very challenging moment in their lives, with Lauren's cancer diagnosis, into something that helps so many people. I am blown away on a daily basis by the messages and thanks from customers who have struggled with their skin and have then found By Sarah London and found a routine that is gentle and very effective.
I have never felt like a cog in a machine at By Sarah London, every idea and suggestion is well received and it is amazing and incredibly motivational to see an idea come to life.

We deeply value empathy as a way to deliver the very best customer experience… borne from our founding story of my sister, Sarah, formulating skincare for me when I was recovering from leukaemia.
