Cadence Performance

Cadence is a cycling hub open to every level of bike rider. We describe ourselves as being 'more than a bike shop and more than a club'.

From a single site in Crystal Palace in SE London in 2012 we have expanded to another location in Radlett in Hertfordshire (with fitness services available there from Autumn 2016).

Cadence is one of, if not the, busiest bike fit centres in the UK and we offer a comprehensive range of fitness testing services including VO2 max, Lactate Threshold, blood testing and body composition analysis. The coaching team at Cadence is second-to-none and we are one of the few cycling coaching operations with our own in-house sports scientists. Our indoor cycling studio is equipped with Wattbikes and we run regular Yoga and Pilates classes.

The busy workshop focuses on repair and servicing of road bikes and in the shop we offer the full range of Giant bikes. With our bustling café, major cycling events on the big screen we have created a venue where you feel welcome as a cyclist. There's somewhere to park your bike securely and there's always a friendly face to help you.

Our customers range from those that don't even own a bike (they use our indoor bikes) right through to competing road cyclists and triathletes, and everyone in between. It doesn't matter your level of fitness or your cycling experience, everyone is welcome at Cadence.
