Our mission: To ensure that access to career information and advice is a right, not a privilege so that everyone can find a path that's right for them.

What we do: CareerEar is a site which combines community and data to empower individuals (young people and adults) to make informed career choices. We do this by enabling these career-seekers to explore tailored content shared by employers and their employees, ask questions to industry professionals, undertake skills assessments, be matched with career options based on their skills, and access relevant career opportunities ranging from events and apprenticeships through to experienced roles. We in particular seek to support those from ethnically minoritized groups and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
