We started London's first reusable lunchbox scheme in early 2019, with our humble origins in a street food market in Victoria, and have since worked with some of the largest organisations including Veolia and Westminster City Council. We are a purpose-led and young team (including 2 members named Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2021!), passionate about making sustainability convenient and accessible to all with the use of technology.

🏖 Flexibility
There is great flexibility for short-term remote working (if projects allow ofc) to work from other countries. Also, working 1/2 days a week also gives flexibility for weekend trips.
📣 Mission & Purpose
Definitely the #1 reason to work for Cauli: a genuine & strong passion to eliminate packaging waste, especially from single-use. The whole team believes in the mission which drives us to work hard.
🤩 Flat hierarchy
Due to the relatively low average age, the management hierarchy is quite forward-thinking without the intimidating/older managers you might find in larger companies. We all work together and respect each other without the need to feel above/below one another.
Overall
One of the few companies truly trying to reduce plastic waste.
