Smart, accomplished, passionate team. Direct communicators, and also human beings with hobbies and family they want to spent time with outside of work. I've never seen the latter be as respected as at CitizenLab in my career.

The Co-Founders are involved in every aspect of the business and their mission/purpose really filters down from the top


👻 Transparency
I've never worked for an organisation that really prides itself on sharing as much information with colleagues/employees as needed.
It doesn't feel like there is a hierarchy, but that all employees are equal



🏖 Flexibility
CitizenLab really provide true flexibility in the work place - it isn't just a work from home approach, but a work from anywhere. They've been great at understanding sometimes childcare goes wrong, and you have to pick up work later on in the evenings. They provide Co-working spaces if you need to get out of the house and you're working remotely, and have a global team which they understand travel from timezones!

Overall

The leadership team are really approachable and transparent, they're completely involved in the customer and they want to make the product customer led.
