Colonna is driven by how exciting and incredible coffee can be; the character, flavour and experience it can generate.
We look at how to achieve and realise this quality by overturning norms and stigma to find the true quality.

We seek to innovate and positively disrupt in an effort to explore and maximise quality. This is what drives us, and whilst our brand and activities to date are well documented, we very much consider ourselves in start-up mode.

Our business extends to both retail and wholesale through our world-famous cafe in Bath, Colonna&Smalls - and our roastery based just north of Bristol where we source and roast the world’s finest coffees to be sold as whole beans or our revolutionary specialty coffee capsules.

Our small yet highly experienced team is extremely passionate and dedicated to our craft and we embrace the fast-paced changing dynamics of the coffee industry.
As we continue to expand internationally, there are a number of exciting new projects and products that we are aiming to launch across multiple platforms for which we need a full time marketing manager to help us tell our story to new and existing customers worldwide beading further value to our unique user experience.

We are part of a family of symbiotic businesses within the Paced Group that specialise in the food and drink sector and enjoy a presence across the entire supply chain including retail, wholesale and digital.
