At Connecting Stories CIC, we are more than an organization—we’re a movement. Since our inception in 2018, we’ve worked tirelessly to empower women from Black and ethnic minority backgrounds to overcome systemic barriers, embrace their potential, and inspire change in their communities. Now a Community Interest Company (CIC), we’ve touched the lives of over 2,000 women through innovative workshops, mentoring programs, and empowering events.   Our Vision is to empower women and young girls to thrive and reach their greatest potential, creating a legacy of empowerment, one story at a time.   Our Mission is to build strategic alliances to drive meaningful impact and lasting change for every woman and girl, with a focus on Financial Literacy, Career Development and Personal Growth.
