CMN is an incredibly flexible place to work, offering the opportunity to work from home & the office (the office is open five days a week, so staff who would like to work outside of their homes have this option). CMN also offers compressed hours (working a 9-day fortnight) and offers flexibility regarding annual leave.
π£ Mission & Purpose
As a small charity, CMN is driven by its mission and purpose (growing a movement of inclusive leaders to ensure that the creative industries are accessible to those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds through mentoring, coaching and access to work.). CMN works closely with its community of mentees, mentors and partners to ensure that they are always at the heart of what we do. Measuring and reporting on impact is also a huge part of the charity to ensure that we are always working alongside our mission, values and purpose.
β Employee wellbeing
As a small team, employee well-being is essential at CMN. There is a formal structure in place for one-to-ones between line managers and direct reports with a specific focus on well-being. The environment is one of transparency and collaboration so that all members of the team hopefully feel open to communicate any concerns or questions they may have or suggest any improvements that can be made within the charity. There is also a robust discrimination & bullying policy in place so that employees are aware of the policy if they do want to report any concerning behaviour.
