One word - People!!!
From our CEO to the leadership team, down to our office manager Cara, we all have great passion and a drive to build a fantastic company. We are on a mission to change the way financial service companies do the boring job of reconciliation by taking the research we built in London and turning it into a great product and then taking that global. We hire people that can buy into that and help us change the world.
Duco is on a mission to enable normal, everyday people to get to grips with some of the hardest data challenges, in scale, in volume and in complexity.
We are a true technology company that specialises in taking solutions from the university lab all the way to the end user. And once we deliver it, we work hard to make sure the customer is happy with the result.
This is an exciting time to be in FinTech and the world's eyes are on us. From software engineering, to DevOps, to Client Services and Sale
