EDACY is an apprenticeship training system for building job skills in Africa and emerging countries.

EDACY is building a learning ecosystem that connects students with educational resources from top global universities, local academic institutions and enterprises— to train tech and engineering skills through a model pairing online learning via Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and regular workshops with an apprenticeship in a company. At the completion of our program, our students receive accredited certificate and supported to land a valuable job.

In partnership with leading African universities, EDACY provides an 9 months program, including 6-months full-time enterprise apprenticeship where high-potential graduates learn technical, professional and career skills on the job and online, obtain accredited certificates, and get placed at high-growth companies across Africa.
