Huddlecraft helps people and organisations climb the steep, collective learning curves we face in the 21st Century.
We are growing an ecosystem of support for peer-to-peer learning and action, via:
- Our platform that supports people to create, host and join Huddles (purposeful, pop-up peer groups). - Our studio in which we partner with organisations to apply huddlecraft* to their visions and challenges. - Our community of co-learners and huddlecraft* practitioners.
*huddlecraft: we define the term as ‘the practice of combining people to unearth and multiply potential’, and this peer-to-peer methodology is at the heart of everything we do.
We’ve recently rebranded from our old name, Enrol Yourself, to fully reflect our purpose and direction (if you know us from before the rebrand, hi! 👋)

As the co-founder I might be extremely biased, but developing Enrol Yourself is such a joy. It's a challenge too, and when the going is tougher, working with such an amazing team of people makes it all worth it. I love that as a team we push each other to continue to develop our culture, and we try to prioritise space for that - not always easy in a small, young team. I believe that we must start 'at home' when it comes to any impact we intend to have 'out there' in the world. If we can create a great place to work - well, that is a goal truly worth working towards. - KS

Enrol Yourself is a micro utopia - where principles developed to facilitate peer learning are embedded throughout the organisation. The result is projects and systems that are extremely democratic and collaborative - they flex to make room for peoples' needs and preferences.
