ENVenture empowers rural organizations to learn business skills to launch sustainable clean energy enterprises starting in Uganda. Incubatees receive a revolving loan and a business coach that mentor them in launching the business undertaking the packaged business concept from idea to execution. ENVenture is a program of New Energy Nexus, an international non-profit that supports clean energy entrepreneurs with funds, accelerators, and networks. It started in California and also operates programs in New York, China, India, Southeast Asia, and East Africa.
