In 2010 Rob sent Dom an email that would change their lives, and hundreds of thousands of others.
Six months later they’d quit their corporate jobs and were beavering away in Rob’s basement looking for interesting jobs to populate their weekly Top 10 Opportunities email.
10 years on 550,000 have received that Top 10 newsletter. But it’s only a tiny bit of what Escape does.
Back in 2010 escaping was a pretty fringe idea. Today, thanks to advances in technology and shifts in attitudes, it’s becoming increasingly mainstream. As the world around us has evolved, so have we. We’ve become much more than an email for people looking to find more interesting jobs (although we still do that).
Today we’re a global community. A movement of people who believe what we always have – that life’s too short to do work that doesn’t matter to you. And that everyone who has the choice should be doing work that matters to you and the world. Because right now, more than at any other time, the world needs people to be working on the right things.

Team socials once a month. Anything from go-karting, dinners, walking on the South Downs.
We are registered under the Cycle-to-Work scheme, so you can buy a bike and accessories tax-free.
We run an annual team retreats. They tend to be water based adventures away from the office
25 days of holiday per year (excluding UK public holidays), and we encourage you to use them all up! It's a marathon, not a sprint.
