With 15% of the global population living with a disability, Estendio have set out to make a difference. Their first product, Goally, is an AI-powered tool that empowers neurodiverse individuals to thrive at work by giving them the tools and resources they need to play to their strengths. They're now working on their second product to improve the quality of life of people who live with disability. The team love the autonomy they get in their work, and the opportunity to know that what they're doing is making a positive impact.
