👭 Inclusivity
As a new mum the return to work can be daunting and difficult to manage after a year out, especially returning after a pandemic. eve have been incredible during my first few weeks back. They have been supportive and encouraging when changing my hours to help with childcare, no questions asked when having to leave suddenly to collect my baby from her nursery and they don't bat an eyelid when my little one turns up on screen having been send home poorly. Additionally, I have been given external support from a coach to help me navigate my return to work as they are aware that it may take someone outside of the business and my own network to help me on this journey. It feels like a genuine investment in me.
🏖 Flexibility
Again, I cannot stress the genuine flexibility eve have shown on my return. I have reduced to four days a week no questions asked and can alter my working hours to ensure I leave on time to drop off and collect my little one from nursery. Having a female CEO who instantly relates and puts any worries at ease has also been soo reassuring and also nice that you don't need to explain yourself. She just gets it.
