Our Company is best known for the Faction Skis brand and The Faction Collective films which inspire millions of fans. Today, our skis and films have won over 140 awards. We shipped over 35,000 skis last year to avid riders in 40 countries. In 2019 we also launched the award-winning FW apparel, an outerwear brand focused on those who seek performance and understated style. Across both brands, our team shares a passion for nature, for pushing boundaries and for creating beautiful products.

This is a company that is intelligent enough to recognize that the only way moving forward in this day an age is to care for the earth and the people in it. From 100% renewable energy factories and being a leader in the industry using the top of the line materials that do no contain harmful chemicals that harm our ecosystem. They also push the limits of what can be done and set an amazing example for other competitors to what the new normal will be.
Overall
I have a degree in industrial design and I have always valued attention to detail and have always thought the outdoor industry should be the leaders in changing the way we consume and create. This company although no company is perfect, is doing an incredible job at being this leader. - OG

A lot of improvements made the past 3 years giving more clarity and comfort working for FSSC. I'm pretty sure with the steps we'll reach soon in org review etc....we should be able to reach the 9/10 soon !
