A patented honeycomb design made from paper that helps protect your products and our planet. As a coastal business, protecting the planet’s marine environment will always be at the heart of our mission. By creating a paper product that’s recyclable and biodegradable, we’re removing unnecessary plastic from our seas. It’s something we see the impact of every day. Our love of the sea runs deep through our team. It’s why we take care in everything we do, from the way we run our business to the way our product is made.

🏖 Flexibility
It makes such a huge difference to my work / life balance being able to flexibly work. Its a huge relief / help to be able to fit life around work but in a way that gives me dedicated time to get my head down and work in an environment that suits me.

We have a great atmosphere in the office! All being a fairly young group, we share the same interests / hobbies and humour. I genuinely see people in this office as friends rather than colleagues. We all know how and when to support each other and have open, honest chats about how we can improve our channels and work systems. I feel like I can comfortably and confidently talk to my line manager whenever I have any worries / concerns on my mind.
📣 Mission & Purpose
Our mission at Flexi-Hex is honest and clear. Living in such a beautiful corner of England we are passionate about preserving our oceans an environment. It feels great to be working in such a proactive role and spreading the message of our innovating products! It is hugely rewarding seeing the progress we have made, the amount of plastic we have removed from landfill and the positive impact our products are having on the environment.
Overall
Working at Flexi-Hex is very rewarding, trying to make a positive difference for the environment whilst working with such an energetic team. We are a close knit, hard working team who know how to have a good time together and support each other. It's exciting to see the progress we have made since launching and looking to what the future could hold! - WB
