At the Forward Institute we believe leaders have both the power and the responsibility to shape what comes next. Our role is to help leaders use that power with courage, imagination and integrity.

Founded in 2015, we work with leaders at the highest levels across business, government and civil society. Those who shape the direction of their organisations and the systems in which they operate.

Through our leadership programmes and advisory work we have built a network of more than 1,500 leaders and changemakers committed to responsible leadership.
