Over 700,000 children in England rely on the support of social workers each year.
These children face some of the worst life chances, but we know that great social work has the power to change this. As a charity, our mission is to create social change for these children and families by developing excellent social work practice and leadership through our programmes, and by building a movement of leaders in social work and broader society as part of our Fellowship.
We recruit, train and support people to become social workers. This is a unique opportunity for high potential graduates and career changers to make a real difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in England.
