Generation Change

Generation Change is seeking to make the 21st Century reflect the aspirations of today‚Äö√Ñ√¥s young people ‚Äö√Ñ√¨ who more than any generation before them want to create positive social change in their lives and their career choices. 

Our mission is to make social action a normal part of growing up, so that we can redefine routes into work, and make social responsibility the dominate force in our our economy - whilst in the here and now directing the energies and talents of young people towards solving the greatest challenges our society faces today.

To make that vision a reality will require deep-rooted, systemic change in the way young people are able to take part in social action. Generation Change has formed a partnership of the UK's leading charities and social enterprises that already offer young people social action opportunities. Working together, we will work to put in place common impact reporting and share data to make it easier to identify best practice and channel funding towards the most effective programmes and activities for young people to put their time into.

This is how we will build the market and turn social action into a mainstream activity at every age range in the UK.
