At the Healthy Brains Global Initiative (HBGI), we uniquely take an outcomes-based approach to drive tangible impacts for individuals, families and communities. We work in partnership to shift the focus of delivery to individual outcomes, and in turn drive higher performance for service users, stronger accountability and more efficient and effective service delivery.
Founded in 2020, HBGI, was born out of a lack of prioritization and funding for mental health worldwide. In collaboration with the World Bank and with the support of the World Health Organization and UNICEF, HBGI was created to challenge the global mental health response.
With a mission to 'change millions of life chances, and in the process, show the world that there is a better way to manage programs like this', Healthy Brains Global Initiative are making a tangible difference in the most vulnerable communities across the world. HBGI is a global charity that transforms and builds high-performing mental health systems that maximise outcomes for individuals. Their work is gaining traction across multiple continents, and their biggest projects currently include homelessness and severe mental illness in California, teenage pregnancy in Kenya, and youth unemployment in Palestine. They are also a fully remote-first company and are super flexible with working hours and holidays.
