Higgidy is one of the fastest growing food manufacturers in the UK and we are already the biggest premium pie & quiche brand. Our pies quiches & slices are all hand-made by our cooks in our kitchen in Shoreham by Sea (near Brighton) and are available nationwide. We'll make 8 million pies/quiches this year and we've just doubled the size of our kitchen ready for an exciting future.
About Higgidy
Higgidy was founded by Camilla Stephens and her husband James in 2003. The pair saw the potential for developing high end, handmade pies and quiches a neglected dish despite being a firm British favourite so set up Higgidy in pursuit of the perfect, imperfect pie. They are now sold in over 2000 stocking points throughout the UK and in just nine years of trading, Higgidy has grown from Camilla making pies in her domestic oven to 220 employees and –à14.5m turnover.

Inspired by her love for food, it is Camilla's home-cooking philosophy that is at the heart of the Higgidy kitchen. Using simple ingredients that you might find in the kitchen cupboard, with flavours that reflect the seasons, Camilla creates pies that recall a more wholesome age of food.
And as the Higgidy cooks create each one by hand no two pies or quiches are ever the quite the same they each have that higgidy' look.

All of Higgidy's delicious hand-made pies and quiches are made in their busy kitchen, tucked away in a quiet back street in Shoreham-bySea where they currently make 220,000 pies & quiches a week.
