Impact Hub Phnom Penh is a venture incubator, a social enterprise advocate, and a diverse community of Cambodian entrepreneurs.

Impact Hub Phnom Penh (IHPP) has been supporting startups for over 5 years and is considered to be one of the largest active communities of young entrepreneurs in Cambodia, particularly those who are creating a positive impact. Since starting in 2015, we have run 27 entrepreneurship programs, supported 600+ startup teams, and raised $350,000+ to give to startups as grant funding- who go on to have an 81% survival rate. The average age of our entrepreneur community is 26, and at present 64% are women.

Impact Hub Phnom Penh is one of the most active Impact Hubs in the region and world, and has been named a global ‘Centre of Excellence’ for incubation in the network. Impact Hub won ‘Best Incubator and Accelerator’ in the ASEAN Rice Bowl Startup Awards for Cambodia in 2018 & 2019.
