Company: early stage B2C start up in the property space. Closed round of angel funding in January. Highly mission driven but focused on commercial success/revenue from day 1. Operating at sexy end of industry: tech, e-commerce & content;
Founding Team: CEO has 16 yrs+ experience in the industry with investors/advisors currently at top of industry;
Required Skills/Experience: MBA (top school), ex-top tier management consultant (>2 years) or strategy professional. 5+ years work experience. Highly analytical thinker, very comfortable with excel, powerpoint and framework thinking. Ideally experience in online, e-commerce or B2C technology businesses. Real Estate experience not essential but interest would be great;
Role: Hands-on operational role helping set up and ultimately becoming the COO. Heavily strategic at start assisting to research and refine ideas, conduct analysis, help design & build product and commercially launch & manage the business. Part of the exec team;
Compensation: salary up to £60k dependent on experience + founders equity (significant %). If you can manage on less then equity potential is higher. Full time, with full salary starting at end of raise.
