Kennedy Woods is the UK’s first B Corporation architecture practice - part of a global community using businesses as a force for good, balancing people, planet and profit - on a mission to support sustainable development for clients interested in impact.

Our projects are always about people. We don’t believe in design as an end in itself - it’s about what design can do for people: how it can improve quality of life for individuals, communities, and groups with particular needs.

As an RIBA chartered practice we offer architecture and interior design services across all stages with experience in education, housing, off-site modular and mixed-use developments, but our interdisciplinary team allows us to build value beyond architecture, helping clients with Co-design, Engagement, Design Communications, Design Strategy and Storytelling.

We are an emerging, local practice, based in Peckham ever since we set up in 2014, and recently shortlisted by Wallpaper Magazine* as one’s to watch as part of their 2021 Groundbreakers series.
