Kold Group produce a range of premium all-natural bar-quality alcoholic cocktails under two brands: K‚Äö√Ñ√¥_LD Cocktails and KALOSA.
Kold Group was launched in 2014 when we saw a gap in the market for a range of premium cocktails; cocktails that were made with the best all natural ingredients and high quality spirits, but didn’t break the bank! Inspired by the nightlife and style of the Scandinavian region, we set to work creating a brand that provides consumers with an effortless drink-at-home experience, enabling people to have a bar-quality cocktail without all the mixing, mess and hassle that cocktail making at home normally entails! And so our first brand, KÖLD Cocktails, was born.
KÖLD Cocktails are all 8% abv, twice that of most ready-to-drink (RTD) products currently on the market, and the equivalent of a double measure of spirits per cocktail. The cocktails are packaged in unique single-serve freezable pouches which consumers simply freeze and then serve, so there is no need to add anything at all. These pouches are currently retailed in fun, eye-catching multipacks of two pouches per box. However, in order to satisfy increased demand and lower the purchase price-point, we will shortly be launching the cocktails in single pouch format, which will enable consumers to simply purchase one pouch at a time if they want, and to allow them to mix and match the flavours more easily.
The current KÖLD range includes the world’s most popular cocktail, the classic Mojito; a two-time Great Taste Award Winning (2015 and 2016) Lychee Martini; the classic New York Cosmopolitan, and a light and delicate Elderflower Martini.
Since its entry into the market, KÖLD Cocktails has gone from strength to strength, reigniting the RTD category. Our cocktails can now be found in some of the UK’s most premium retailers, such as Fenwick department stores, Whole Foods Market, Ocado and hundreds of independent retailers around the country. We currently also export to several international markets, and we are planning to greatly increase our export side of the business in the next three years.
At the end of 2016 we will be launching our second brand – KALOSA. With the increase in health awareness and premiumisation, we have seen further opportunity in the ready to drink category, this time for a carbonated bottled cocktail with lower alcohol, lower calories and lower sugar than almost all RTD’s on the market.
Made with the same ethos behind KÖLD Cocktails, such as all natural ingredients and premium spirits, KALOSA draws inspiration from our company founder’s Greek heritage, with the aim of bringing the healthy and relaxed spirit of the Mediterranean into the drinks world. With only 99 calories per 275ml bottle, but absolutely no compromise on flavour, KALOSA delivers that same great taste you would expect from a cocktail but without the guilt! The range is available in three classic varieties, each with a unique twist: Raspberry Mojito, Elderflower Collins and Pink Grapefruit Breeze.
