Land Insight is a small team tackling a big problem: the housing crisis. We use cutting edge technology to empower SME developers to build more homes by helping them create development opportunities. We're a fast growth startup (only 5 people before Christmas) now hiring for our 17th team member.

Why are we exciting?

Land Insight is creating a more open and accessible land market so that the time it takes to find and assess development opportunities is drammatically reduced. This enables house builders and developers to be more productive and spend their time on doing the deal, rather than finding the opportunities. The impact of this increase in productivity is huge: we're solving the housing crisis. More homes can be built by a wider range of property developers, as the tricky first, land finding part of the puzzle has been solved. 

Our founding team has both industry experience and technical knowhow to deliver a groundbreaking impact (literally).To create our product, we use the most cutting edge technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing. Our vision is backed by the same investors behind Love Film, Zoopla, Property Partner, Shazam, and many more. Since our launch 18 months ago, we've picked up over 300 clients, ranging from the top 10 housebuilders through to the most innovative products, right the way down to one-man-bands.

We are now scaling at a rapid pace and need help from smart people who believe in our vision and values of "openness", "empowerment" and "home". We're now 11 staff and hiring for numbers 12 to 17. We expect 17 to turn to 30 within 12 months and from there: onwards and upwards.
