John Goodall (CEO and co-founder): previously co-founded and managed The Omerta Group – a leading international financial services executive search business. Successful exit in 2007. Holds an MBA from Imperial College and has also spent three years teaching Economics.
Gray Stern (CCO and co-founder): 19 years property finance experience, including credit analysis, large real estate transaction underwriting, senior and mezzanine debt.
Julian Cork (COO): Julian is a FinTech Industry leader with over 20 years’ experience in JPMorgan, Macquarie Group and Landbay Partners. In addition to his role as COO and member of Landbay’s executive leadership group and board, he is a non-executive director of Bud Financial and on the advisory boards for a number of other companies in this space.
Paul Clampin, (Chief Lending Officer): Prior to joining Landbay, was director of Mortgage Underwriting at Paragon Bank (UK’s leading BTL mortgage lender). 20 years’ experience in senior executive mortgage lending roles, leading underwriting and credit control areas.
