If you are looking for a company where you can make your mark and take ownership then Leesman is a good choice. Taking initiative and being proactive is promoted.
🏖 Flexibility
Employees are able to make choices for themselves of where they work, and we don't follow any regimented rules on 9-5 hours. However, we are all aware of the impact these choices make on others, so it works well.
Overall
I feel like everyone at Leesman is on the same page and we're working towards the same goals. The culture is very enjoyable and I'd definitely recommend my friends or family to join if that were possible.
