Hi I’m Rachael, the co-founder and CEO of Lifted.

When my mum was diagnosed with dementia aged 56, I had to find care. I had no idea where to start. Everything was so confusing and unreliable, and I hated that I didn’t know what was happening at home when I wasn’t there. I knew she deserved better, so I quit my job and started Lifted.

So, I created the care company I wished had been available to me. Our tech-enable service is how we provide premium and totally transparent care for loved ones, from hourly to live-in care. With our app, arranging care is easy. Get instant updates when carers arrive and read what they got up to after they’ve left all on your phone. And recently, we expanded our services beyond our Lifted community, so that even those are not clients can gain access to a free, personalised care guide and speak directly to professionals.

We only accept the best Carers. If we wouldn't them to look after our loved ones then they don't make the cut. Once they do make the cut, we are one of the few companies in the sector to pay above NLW. We equip them with innovative technology in the form of their own Carer app, so they can focus on delivering amazing care. This also allows them to form relationships with Lifted families, and provide peace of the mind to all involved in the care bubble.

Our personal approach to our clients, and collaborative efforts to provide the best care possible allow us to be a pioneering force in the care, and make a tough and confusing time in people's lives much more manageable.
