Lightful was born out of a determination to bring innovation to the sector that deserves it the most - the beyond-profit sector. Bringing together a world-class team of digital experts, strategists, developers and nonprofit specialists, Lightful was created to ensure charities and nonprofits have access to the very best technology for their unique needs.

For Foundations and Trusts looking to support grantees, we offer a comprehensive and collaborative 12-month programme to equip charities with the digital skills and capabilities they need to become more resilient organisations with more impact. Alongside this, our digital consultancy made up of nonprofit and technology experts, offers customised services to help charities and non-profits do more. Lightful’s easy-to-use social media management tool also helps charities and nonprofits raise awareness and be more strategic.

At Lightful, we passionately believe that technology can play a key role in transforming the beyond-profit sector. With simplified technology, we can help great causes amplify their voice, reach more people and build stronger, more personal relationships. Our purpose is to strengthen relationships between people who want a better world and the great causes making it happen. We work across multiple areas and partner with a wide variety of inspirational Foundations, Trusts, Charities and Social Enterprises.

What can we offer Escapees? Our working environment and culture is second to none. We are currently working 100% remotely, but post-Covid we will be returning to a new office space for at least 1-2 days per week. We are a passionate team of around 50 people, bringing together a unique mix of skills, cultures and expertise. We work hard, but we also believe strongly in work / life balance and have invested in a comprehensive Wellbeing programme that reflects this (adapted to home working during the Covid period).
