ABOUT US
Coming from a family of mochi-makers, our vision was to update mochi and bring it to a new audience outside of Asia. We grew up in our parent’s bakery making mochis the traditional way. Using these memories, we spent two years perfecting our recipe before launching in the UK, where every Little Moons mochi is now proudly made. Little Moons is produced using delicious gelato ice cream wrapped in a sweet, soft dough.
Initially we found success supplying high street favourites such as Yo! Sushi, Ping Pong and Wagamama but also high-end restaurants such as Nobu, Novikov and Sushi Samba. In August 2015 we finally launched to the public, firstly at Whole Foods Market and now on Ocado, Waitrose and retailers across Europe.
ABOUT YOU ­­:
We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented intern who uses their own initiative and is confident to bring their ideas to the table. Working within a small team means that the ability to prioritise, collaborate with others and take direction are key for this candidate. Above all we are looking for a highly positive individual who will make the most of this exciting experience. Our ideal candidate will currently be studying, or a recent graduate but all applications are welcome.
