We believe that in business, a lot of talent remains hidden due to a lack of confidence. Great ideas go unheard, top talent remains hidden and people who could have made great leaders fail to rise to the top. Our founder, Carrie Swift, first discovered this when she was working as a Director in a corporate job where she was suffering from a severe fear of public speaking back in 2014. In trying to solve her own problem, she launched Love Public Speaking with a unique methodology for teaching people how to overcome fear of public speaking. Today we have offer over 40 in-company training courses and deliver training all over the world. In recognition of the success of Love Public Speaking and its social impact, Carrie was recently recognised at Management Today’s Women in Business Awards as one of the “35 Women Under 35” rising stars in British business.
