We’re a passionate, committed and diverse team of c80 staff and c150 volunteers, here for dogs, cats, pet owners and communities in the UK and overseas.

Mayhew has a long and proud history, we have been working with dogs, cats, pet owners and communities since 1886, with a community vet clinic on site at our historic North West London shelter since 1925.

We are proud to work with talented and passionate animal welfare and veterinary professionals and paraprofessionals here in the UK and in communities overseas - where a dog's or cat’s quality of life would otherwise be at risk.
