My Family Care is the UK's leading provider of work-life solutions working with clients such as Barclays IBM P&G and GSK. We have a new venture the Good Care Guide best understood as trip advisor for the care industry. We're looking for a bright and ambitious individual to lead and develop it.

About us

We've had a pretty interesting journey.  3 of us, 2 lawyers and a Max Factor exec from P&G, launched the business 12 years.  We had huge plans to revolutionise the world of childcare.  Hindsight is a wonderful thing! But the revolution eventually happened - just not as we envisioned it.  With a lot of prodding from the Met Police (after the terrorist attacks) and IBM we built a website called www.emergencychildcare.co.uk A nice, but hugely complicated idea, which aggregated all the childcare out there, with the inability to access it at the touch of a button, the needs of stressed out working parents and the willingness of large employers to make sure their star working parents were happy and productive.  get your head round that if you can.  We now spend most of out time building very clever websites for large clients which basically make the care industry work a lot better...

What is our culture like?

It really is a great place to work.  We're growing quickly, we have great offices (if you can get to Putney Bridge) and we're doing interesting stuff which we get thanked regularly for.  We genuinely feel like we are making the world a bit better.  If you don't mind rolling your sleeves us and taking responsibility for both the good (and the bad) then the culture is great...
